This is a new clothing design in traditional ethnic wear material and print. This dress is made of cotton with red/brown/black/cream color animal prints.
There`s a string that goes through the neck in front and back, and constitutes itself into shoulder straps as well; and how loose or tight you tie that string determines what style you wear it. If you wear the string shortened, the dress moves up, shoulder straps become smaller and neck tighter. The neck can be spread out in the front as seen in the detailed picture, or may be the opening could be worn at the back. So wear it anyway, its just a versatile piece of cover up comfortable cotton clothing. It does have a wide hem.
Pretty apt for a casual day in ethnic wear, or just to be used as a beach or sun cover up.
